US orders are currently shipped through USPS. You are given the option of First-class or Priority Mail upon checking out. Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping! When choosing shipping, please know that First-Class orders do not include insurance. If you'd like to make sure your package is covered, be sure to upgrade to Priority Mail.
If you are an international customer, please know that any border/customs charges are solely your responsibility to cover.
Once your order has been confirmed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for Hola Bonita to process and ship your order. PLEASE NOTE: This does not include made-to-order items, which have a specified timeframe in each description, typically 7-10 business days.
Once packages have been shipped, the mail carrier is now responsible. In the case that a package has been lost or stolen, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the mail carrier to resolve the issue.
